The Modder’s Blog is a resource for tabletop miniature gamers that contains advice and tutorials on modifying (modding, moding) figs for play by someone who has cut himself countless times modding figures over the years. This last piece of information doesn’t mean he’s any better at modding, just not as good with sharp objects. Weight that information as you see fit.

Nikolaus Ingeneri is a professional game artist and video game designer. He’s worked on, produced or art directed over two dozen titles for the PC, GBA and Nintendo DS systems. This in no way qualifies him as a modding expert. But who has a degree in modding anyway, right? His personal portfolio can be found at www.ingeneri.com.
At some point The Modder’s Blog may contain posts by Contributors or content generated by a Contributor. Said Contributors will be listed here. ”But why? Don’t you have the combined experience and knowledge of every experienced and knowledgeable person on the planet?”
No.
I don’t.
Dear Nikolaus,
I write for Advanced Photoshop magazine (www.advancedphotoshop.co.uk) in the UK, we are putting together the main feature on video game
art and conceptual art using Photoshop etc.
I’m looking for people we can profile in the feature, around 300 words or so on a artist and what you do.
Please let me know if you’d like to get involved. I could send you some questions by email shortly.
Best wishes and thanks in advance.
