that is a really amazing job. I really like what you did with they sything talons. I just started making a wulfen/tyranidmix. all ive done so far though is put rippers on the backpack instead of the spheres or little heads.

Dear Nikolaus,

I write for Advanced Photoshop magazine (www.advancedphotoshop.co.uk) in the UK, we are putting together the main feature on video game
art and conceptual art using Photoshop etc.

I'm looking for people we can profile in the feature, around 300 words or so on a artist and what you do.

Please let me know if you'd like to get involved. I could send you some questions by email shortly.

Best wishes and thanks in advance.

Nick

Dude. Your blog is kick-ass.

Absolutely love it.

I'm just getting into Warhammer fantasy, but your words of advice about just general hobbies come in handy.

Thanks!

Hello, don't know how else to contact you. I've made some unofficial rules for Warhammer 40k and would like to ask you (I think you are/know of) if I can use some/all of the artwork on this website to use in the book, please e-mail me back.

Ha ha... that's great! Usually it's the sarcophagi (you see how all the dreads have 3 teeth clamping onto the coffin onto the hull?) that comes out of the entire hull. But I like this imagery... very occult and creepy, and that always suits the space marines - kind of double imagery; noble upfront, but creepy weird on the inside.

Mate that is seriously great stuff. The Warhammer logo down the bottom is a bit off centre, but the illustration is far more important than that! lol.

Great composition... gives a very traditional warhammer feel to it. Confined spaces for the termies to dish out some serious firepower while receiving more!

Looks good man. It's definitely a different take on illustrating spacemarines - these days, they tend to have huge bodies like the ones you see on the codex.
